Screenings that require a downloadable film file, cinema-quality playback, ticketed entry, or large-scale corporate use require a formal screening licence.

What’s Included in a Licensed Screening

Your screening package includes:

• High-quality film file (or cinema-ready format where required)

• Formal screening licence

• Signed NDA

• Custom promotional artwork tailored to your event

• Official screening toolkit with guidance and materials to support your promotion

We work with each host to ensure the event is positioned professionally and aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

Screening Licence Fees

Licence fees are based on event type, audience size, and usage.

• Educational institutions & non-profits: from $500 (sliding scale available)

• Corporate internal events: from $2,500

• Ticketed / public events / festivals: from $3,500

We review each request individually and confirm the appropriate licence and materials after submission.

Smaller or Informal Screenings?

If you are planning a small, non-ticketed gathering and are able to stream the film directly (via HDMI, AirPlay, or Chromecast), you may prefer our secure streaming option available for $15.

This option provides HD streaming access suitable for classrooms, internal team sessions, and small community events using standard display setups. It does not include a downloadable file, promotional materials, or a formal screening licence.
